I used to avoid mirrors completely. This week, I tried on bikinis. Actual bikinis. Something I hadn’t dared to do in nearly a decade.

Mode of Love includes specific guidance for those already in a relationship. Whether you want to deepen the intimacy you have, stop losing yourself, or understand what's been keeping you from feeling fully safe and chosen, the program will work for you too.

EFT tapping, Elevation™ visualisations, somatic practices, Elevated Self Work, guided journaling, nervous system regulation, and subconscious reprogramming. Each tool has a specific purpose in the program and they all work together to compound your results.
Mode of Love is self-paced across 10 modules. Each module is designed to be able to be completed in a few days. We recommend moving through one module at a time, but you can spend a full week on one module if it feels particularly important for you. Some modules will integrate quickly. Others you may want to come back to. There is no rushing this.
