A method I built from my own experience...

BEFORE.
Just two months before I met my husband, William, I had just gotten out of a terrible relationship. It had really affected how I felt about myself and it made me feel like I was hard to love. I was attracting the same kind of people, and losing myself in relationships. I was carrying a limiting belief that the love I actually wanted probably just wasn't going to happen for me. I knew what my patterns were, I just couldn't change them.
AFTER.
I did a deep dive into the science behind connection and relationship psychology. Then I created a method to release what had been holding me back. I unblocked my limiting beliefs, I visualized my life with my dream partner, and I fell so in love with my own life that I genuinely stopped needing anyone else to complete it. Two months later, I went on my first date with William. I wish I had known this method earlier. But it all happened in perfect timing.

Is Mode of Love about finding a partner or is it inner work?

Both, but we approach it in the right order. First, Mode of Love works on the subconscious identity, emotional patterns, and nervous system capacity that have been shaping your experience of love. When those shift, the relationship you call in, and the way you show up inside one, changes naturally. You cannot chase your way to the love you want. But you can become someone who naturally attracts it.

How is this different from therapy or books on attachment theory?

Most of us already understand our patterns. We know our attachment style, we've read the books and maybe even been to therapy. What's often missing is releasing the limiting beliefs and patterns that have been keeping you stuck, and teaching your nervous system to feel safe in your dream relationship. Mode of Love works at the root level where patterns are formed: the nervous system and subconscious identity. This approach goes deeper than basic understanding and elevates your identity to become the version of you who naturally attracts the love you want.

What if I'm already in a relationship?

Mode of Love includes specific guidance for those already in a relationship. Whether you want to deepen the intimacy you have, stop losing yourself, or understand what's been keeping you from feeling fully safe and chosen, the program will work for you too.

Is Mode of Love a standalone purchase?

What tools does the program use?

EFT tapping, Elevation™ visualisations, somatic practices, Elevated Self Work, guided journaling, nervous system regulation, and subconscious reprogramming. Each tool has a specific purpose in the program and they all work together to compound your results.

How long does the program take?

Mode of Love is self-paced across 10 modules. Each module is designed to be able to be completed in a few days. We recommend moving through one module at a time, but you can spend a full week on one module if it feels particularly important for you. Some modules will integrate quickly. Others you may want to come back to. There is no rushing this.

I’m not super spiritual… will this be too "woo woo" for me?

So many women in our community love of MODE because it can meet you wherever you are. Everything inside Mode of Love is grounded and practical. We work with the subconscious and the nervous system because that's where lasting change happens, but always in a way rooted in science.
