Frequently Asked Questions

MODE BODY

Is Mode of Body about appearance, health, or nervous system regulation?

Mode of Body supports all three. Rather than focusing only on appearance or habits, this program helps bring your body back into a state of safety so it can function and change naturally. When regulation improves, many people notice shifts not only in how they look, but also in how they feel in their body including greater ease, self-trust, and improved health signals like digestion or hormonal balance. Appearance changes are often a byproduct of this deeper work, not the starting point.

How does nervous system regulation support body change?

Your body responds to safety, not pressure. When the nervous system is under stress, the body tends to hold tension, inflammation, and protective patterns. Regulation helps get the body out of survival mode, making it easier for physical systems to rebalance and release what they've been holding. Mode of Body works with this process gently, helping change happen from the inside out rather than through forcing or control.

Do I need to follow the program week by week? Can I work through this goal freely through the membership?

The program is guided day by day for 6 weeks but designed to be self-paced. We recommend moving through the weeks in order, but you don’t need to keep up with a strict schedule. Some weeks may feel easy, while others may feel supportive to repeat or stay with longer. You can also work on body-related goals through other practices across the membership. Programs offer structure and guidance, but you’re always free to explore and follow what feels most relevant to you.

How often should I be doing the practices?

Consistency matters more than intensity. Many people find it helpful to practice most days of the week, but what’s most important is choosing a rhythm that feels sustainable for your body and life. Even short, regular practices can create meaningful shifts over time. You’re encouraged to listen to your body, repeat practices when they feel supportive, and trust that progress builds through returning not through doing everything perfectly.

MODE OF MONEY

How is Mode of Money different from mindset or manifestation work I’ve tried before?

Mode of Money doesn’t rely on positive thinking, visualization alone, or motivation.
It works at the level where money patterns actually live: the nervous system, subconscious beliefs, and identity. By combining EFT tapping, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and embodiment, the method helps release the emotional charge behind money blocks not just override them mentally. This is why changes tend to feel deeper and more sustainable than mindset-based approaches.

How does nervous system regulation relate to money and abundance?

Your nervous system influences how safe it feels to earn, receive, hold, and expand financially. If money has been associated with stress, instability, or pressure, the body can unconsciously resist growth even when opportunities are available. Nervous system regulation helps create internal safety, which allows abundance to feel more natural and less threatening. When the body feels safe, financial change is easier to sustain.

Do I need to follow the program week by week? Can I work through this goal freely through the membership?

Mode of Money is a guided program within the MODE membership. The program offers a clear, step-by-step journey if you want structure and direction. At the same time, the membership gives you full flexibility. You can move through the modules at your own pace, revisit them as needed, or explore other practices across the platform. You choose what fits your needs at any given moment.

How often should I be doing the practices?

Consistency matters more than intensity. The method and practices were built to fit your existing routine. Many people find it helpful to practice most days of the week, but what’s most important is choosing a rhythm that feels sustainable for you. Even short, regular practices can create meaningful shifts over time. You’re encouraged to listen to your intuition, repeat practices when they feel supportive, and trust that progress builds through returning not through doing everything perfectly.

Nervous system

How do I know if my nervous system is dysregulated?

Dysregulation doesn’t always look extreme. It can show up as feeling constantly stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, tired but wired, emotionally reactive, shut down, or stuck. For some people, it’s physical: tension, digestive discomfort, poor sleep, or difficulty relaxing even when nothing is “wrong.” If you often feel like your body is on edge, exhausted, or unable to fully settle, these practices can be supportive. You don’t need a diagnosis or a specific label. MODE is about helping your system feel safer and more regulated over time.

Can I use these practices even if I feel “fine”?

Absolutely. Nervous system regulation isn’t only for moments of stress or overwhelm. Many people use these practices to maintain balance, build resilience, and deepen their sense of calm and presence when things are already going well. Practicing when you feel “fine” can actually make it easier to navigate challenges when they arise, because your system is already familiar with returning to safety. A regulated nervous system helps you maintain and hold your manifestations.

Can MODE help me with stress and anxiety?

Yes. Almost all of our practices are designed to help calm overwhelm, reduce anxiety, and bring the body out of fight-or-flight. Over time, this can create more emotional stability, clarity, and resilience not by forcing calm, but by helping your system feel safe enough to settle naturally.

What tools are used to regulate the nervous system?

MODE uses evidence-informed practices that work with the nervous system, subconscious, and body not just mindset. This includes EFT tapping, somatic and embodiment work, breath-based techniques, and guided Elevation meditations with Hz frequencies. These tools help signal safety to the nervous system, reduce stress responses, and support the body in forming calmer, more resilient patterns over time.

Do I need to do Nervous System focused practices only before manifesting?

You can choose to focus primarily on nervous system regulation especially if you’re feeling very stressed or disconnected. However, nervous system regulation is at the core of the method and almost all of our practices are designed to help calm overwhelm, reduce anxiety, and bring the body out of fight-or-flight. In MODE, nervous system regulation and manifestation work together, not in a fixed order. Regulation helps create safety in the body, making manifestation feel more natural and sustainable and over time, manifestation practices tend to land more deeply as the nervous system feels safer.

The method...

What is the science behind the MODE method?

MODE is built on evidence-based practices such as EFT tapping, a technique backed by over 300 peer-reviewed studies, shown to produce measurable reductions in cortisol and improvements in emotional regulation. The method pairs EFT tapping with somatic embodiment work and nervous system regulation, as well as guided meditations designed to support neural and emotional repatterning, and promote self-directed neuroplasticity. These practices help calm stress responses and open the door to manifestation by creating the internal safety and belief you need to create and sustain change in your life. MODE also draws from Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, particularly around balance and energy flow. You don’t need to understand the science for the method to work.

How long does it take to see results with the MODE method?

Some practices bring immediate relief, like feeling calmer or more grounded after a session. Deeper shifts happen through consistency. Some members notice results within a few weeks, both in how they feel and in what starts showing up in their lives. Over time, as the nervous system settles into a more regulated state, manifestation becomes a natural byproduct. People often notice they're attracting more opportunities and making decisions from a completely different place. There is no fixed timeline, as each person, lifestyle and nervous system is different.
