I feel like an entirely new person just by week 4!
I have spent thousands on workouts, nutritionists, coaches, supplements, and though there has been value, nothing has changed my body or nervous system as quickly and sustainably as this. Suddenly cooking is easy, embodying my elevated self is the new norm, saying no to foods that aren't aligned is no problem, and I look forward to going to bed to do the pm stacks and wake up excited for the am.
Honestly, crying typing this because I feel so beautiful!
I smile when I look in the mirror, I buy clothes that fit me, I have a glow I've never had before. Even my boyfriend asked what changed because he feels like I am finally "seeing me through his eyes" (he thinks I'm incredible and for the first time in years I believe him!). This is all due to the daily meditations and my evening guasha routine to settle in and be with myself.
I’ve released so much fear and self-doubt!
Currently on week 4 of Mode of Body and feeling deeply grateful for this life-changing program. My intention to build trust in the safety and healing space of my body is finally taking shape. After years of light periods and anxiety since coming off the pill, my most recent cycle was the best I’ve had in years. I’ve seen countless practitioners, only to realize that regulation and self-love were the missing pieces.
I am less puffy and inflamed.
No more anxious thoughts. I feel calmer and more confident, and the difference between August 8th and September 1st is undeniable. I’ve dropped around 5–6 pounds without weighing myself, and I went down two pant sizes in just four weeks. This was a reminder for me to trust the process. Even if change doesn’t happen right away, it’s worth giving it another round.
A huge thank you for the “Release Period Pain Now” EFT in MODE.
I got my period on the day of my bachelorette party and was in so much pain it was hard to eat or walk. I tried the session and literally felt the pain lift within minutes. I did it a second time, and by the time my friends arrived, the pain was completely gone, even my heavy flow had eased. I was able to enjoy the entire evening pain-free, something I never thought possible so quickly. Truly life-changing.
The negative thoughts that used to spin nonstop in my head have finally quieted down, and I’m replacing them with kind, positive ones.
I’ve never felt this grounded before, and it feels amazing. Something huge happened this week: I looked at my body in the mirror with love for the first time in almost two years and I didn’t cry. I used to avoid mirrors completely. This week, I tried on bikinis. Actual bikinis. Something I hadn’t dared to do in nearly a decade.
Mode of Body supports all three. Rather than focusing only on appearance or habits, this program helps bring your body back into a state of safety so it can function and change naturally. When regulation improves, many people notice shifts not only in how they look, but also in how they feel in their body including greater ease, self-trust, and improved health signals like digestion or hormonal balance. Appearance changes are often a byproduct of this deeper work, not the starting point.
Your body responds to safety, not pressure. When the nervous system is under stress, the body tends to hold tension, inflammation, and protective patterns. Regulation helps get the body out of survival mode, making it easier for physical systems to rebalance and release what they've been holding. Mode of Body works with this process gently, helping change happen from the inside out rather than through forcing or control.
The program is guided day by day for 6 weeks but designed to be self-paced. We recommend moving through the weeks in order, but you don’t need to keep up with a strict schedule. Some weeks may feel easy, while others may feel supportive to repeat or stay with longer. You can also work on body-related goals through other practices across the membership. Programs offer structure and guidance, but you’re always free to explore and follow what feels most relevant to you.
Consistency matters more than intensity. Many people find it helpful to practice most days of the week, but what’s most important is choosing a rhythm that feels sustainable for your body and life. Even short, regular practices can create meaningful shifts over time. You’re encouraged to listen to your body, repeat practices when they feel supportive, and trust that progress builds through returning not through doing everything perfectly.
Each week follows a guided structure to work on a specific goal:
- Key weekly practices
- AM + PM guided rituals
- Reflective journaling prompts
- A Weekend Spa Date: for rest, integration, and embodiment
Every practice is intentional and builds on the last to support emotional clarity, physical lightness, and a deeper connection to your body.
I completely get that, and you're not the only one. So many of the members in our community say the same thing: they’re looking for evidence-based practices and genuine results. They want to feel more at home in their body and experience realistic transformation, not get lost in spiritual jargon.
Everything inside Mode of Body is designed to be grounded and practical. Yes, we do work with energy and the subconscious, because that’s where deep, lasting change begins, but always in a way that's rooted in reality.
You won’t be told to “just think positive” when your body’s feeling anxious or depleted. And nothing in here requires sage or crystals (unless you love those).
We combine science-informed tools like EFT, somatic work, brain rewiring, nervous system regulation and subconscious reprogramming in a way that meets you exactly where you are.
