How often should I be doing the practices?

Consistency matters more than intensity. The method and practices were built to fit your existing routine. Many people find it helpful to practice most days of the week, but what’s most important is choosing a rhythm that feels sustainable for you. Even short, regular practices can create meaningful shifts over time. You’re encouraged to listen to your intuition, repeat practices when they feel supportive, and trust that progress builds through returning not through doing everything perfectly.

What’s included in each module? Is there a specific timing to follow?

Each module includes a combination of guided practices and reflections designed to support both nervous system regulation and subconscious change. Inside a module, you can expect: EFT tapping sessions to release emotional charge and limiting beliefs, guided Elevations™ to support regulation and embodiment, journaling prompts to build awareness and reframe patterns, simple, intentional practices to help integrate the work into daily life. Modules are designed to be experienced at your own pace. You don’t need to complete everything at once, and you can revisit practices whenever you feel called to.

I’m not super spiritual… will this be too "woo woo" for me?
