Ending my day with restful sleep EFT tapping practice was the first time in months I slept peacefully. I'm now on day 3 of uninterrupted peaceful sleep and will continue this for years to come. I've tried everything from sleepy time mocktails, magnesium and gentle yoga prior to sleep to help calm me and I still tend to wake up. I feel not only rested but like this was a missing puzzle piece to my routine.
I was in deep anxiety and crying a lot during the last two days and nothing was really helping to release that. Today I finally joined MODE and tried some EFTs for anxiety and self-confidence and three Elevations and they are all amazing!! Honestly it's been really long time since I've felt such beautiful feelings and energy. I'm already in love with MODE.

It is my 2nd month on MODE and I have fallen head over heels in love with it. Yes. Almost all of our practices are designed to help calm overwhelm, reduce anxiety, and bring the body out of fight-or-flight. Over time, this can create more emotional stability, clarity, and resilience not by forcing calm, but by helping your system feel safe enough to settle naturally.
MODE uses evidence-informed practices that work with the nervous system, subconscious, and body not just mindset. This includes EFT tapping, somatic and embodiment work, breath-based techniques, and guided Elevation meditations with Hz frequencies. These tools help signal safety to the nervous system, reduce stress responses, and support the body in forming calmer, more resilient patterns over time.
Some practices can bring immediate relief, such as feeling calmer, more grounded, or less reactive after a session. Deeper, more lasting shifts happen through consistency. Many people notice meaningful changes after a few weeks of regular practice, as the nervous system spends more time out of fight-or-flight and in a state of safety. The pace is personal and depends on how much stress or tension the body has been holding. Progress in MODE is often subtle at first. It shows up as feeling a little steadier, less reactive, or more at ease and builds over time through returning, not rushing.
You can choose to focus primarily on nervous system regulation especially if you’re feeling very stressed or disconnected. However, nervous system regulation is at the core of the method and almost all of our practices are designed to help calm overwhelm, reduce anxiety, and bring the body out of fight-or-flight. In MODE, nervous system regulation and manifestation work together, not in a fixed order. Regulation helps create safety in the body, making manifestation feel more natural and sustainable and over time, manifestation practices tend to land more deeply as the nervous system feels safer.
