Trained in the Body, Emotions & Nervous System

From a young age, I was drawn to the connection between the body and the mind and reading my mother’s books on the topic. I went on to get a degree in Chinese Medicine and practiced as an acupuncturist, treating hundreds of women with hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, emotional stress, and skin concerns.

Stephanie's Own Healing Journey

As I helped others I found myself struggling with hormonal imbalances, fatigue, skin issues, and a deep sense of misalignment. I followed all the wellness trends: strict routines & diets, supplements, HIIT training, but nothing addressed the root cause of what I was feeling. It became clear that women don’t respond to intensity or pressure.

Where the Blended Method Was Born

This led me into years of exploration around several disciplines, from Chinese Medicine for emotional-organ relationships & holistic wellness, to EFT Tapping, nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity & subconscious work... As I applied this blended approach to my own life, everything changed. This knowledge and personal evolution became the foundation for Mode The Method™.
