Mode was designed to fit your existing routines and schedule, no matter how busy. Practices from under 5 minutes to longer sessions, to do in bed, walking, showering etc. So you can choose what fits your capacity on any given day. Regular practice helps solidify the mental shifts and manifestations you're working on, though even one session can provide significant instant benefits for stress and trigger release. Any form of consistency over time is more important than perfection.

You’re free to follow structure, explore, or switch between the two at any time.

Can I integrate MODE into a busy lifestyle?

Yes. MODE was created with real, busy lives in mind. You’ll find short, on-the-go practices as well as deeper sessions when you have more space, all meant to fit your existing routine (going to bed, showering, walking, commuting).
